Founded in 2002 by former IMG senior executives Denny Young and Steve Lindecke, Elevation Group is a multi-division organisation focused on the business of sports and music. Elevation Management provides sponsorship sales and activation, event planning and sports marketing, with recognition from Event Marketer, Promo Magazine and Sports Business Journal. Elevation Festivals owns and operates WonderStruck (Cleveland), WonderBus (Columbus), WonderRoad (Indianapolis) and WonderWorks (Pittsburgh), featuring contemporary line-ups and expanded food and artisan offerings. The group also partners on Victory Live events including WMMS Buzzard Fest and WGAR Country Jam.

Elevation Transportation delivers mobile displays, product tours and VIP hospitality activations at major sports and retail venues. Elevation Music promotes specialty and corporate-branded music events and manages artists; in 2011 it received an Emmy as executive producer of the PBS documentary Music of Ireland. Elevation Recording Group, formed in 2020, develops emerging pop acts across North America, Australia, the UK and Ireland, supported by Elevation Artists for management and Elevation Music Publishing for rights administration.
