You also want to be able to do this using whatever device you have in front of you – be it a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
We use - and resell - Jottacloud for this specific purpose and we can't sing it's praises high enough. It not only gives peace of mind, it improves efficiency and saves admin time. You install and setup the Jottacloud software/app on your various computers and devices, and it automatically backs all your data up from each device. You can access your data from any device and can choose to store folders and files in a synched folder, to archive data, and even to share it with others. In short, no matter where you are or which device you have to hand, you can access all your data. And if a disaster strikes with one of your computers/devices, it is all backed up.
The Personal Service costs £90 plus VAT per year and allows one user to back up an unlimited amount of devices with unlimited data.
The Business Service costs £250 plus VAT per year and allows an unlimited number of registered users to backup an unlimited number of computers/devices in their individual accounts, up to a total of 1TB storage across all users and computers/devices. Additional 1TB blocks of storage are available if required.
