Cartoon World gets a makeover

Cartoon World is the brainchild of Bill Asprey, who’s best known for his involvement with Love is, the BFG Moebius and other characters. Cartoon World is designed to help cartoonists improve through various courses, as well as to help them establish their own web sites, operate email correctly and ensure their work is backed up.
