You will receive an email directing you to https://login.cloudhostedemail.com.
NB: Once you have set your new IMAP mailbox up, you will see that you have a new inbox and send folder associated with the account, as well as your old inbox etc. If you want old email to be stored in the new mailbox, you will need to drag and drop your old mail into these new folders. Some mail clients [Windows Live Mail being one!] will delete email in your old inbox when you delete your old account. If in doubt check with your IT supplier.
Please note that although we provide support setting up your account, and documentation on how to set up your mailboxes using various mail clients, we do NOT provide support getting your mailboxes to work with other mail clients. We can provide a setup service at a cost of £150 plus VAT for up to 10 mailboxes if you require help, but we'd normally recommend that you use your current IT support to do this if you can't do it yourself. please contact us if you require this service.
