When I used to work for different people in my youth, I always hated promises that weren't fulfilled. I didn't like selling products/services that didn't provide value to the customer, and I hated even more when my employer didn't treat me like they promised they would.
All I ever wanted was the tools to do the job in the form of a product/service that was easy to sell, with real benefit so customers would be happy, to have my boss's support, be paid what I was promised on time, and to generally know where I stood!
It isn't THAT hard for to do. We pride ourselves on treating you like just like you'd like to be treated! We give our sales agents a platform to express themselves, safe in the knowledge that we'll always support them, help them and pay them generous commission on time.Mark CaswellIWM
