Your business is inexorably linked to your website, and we need to know what you want to achieve. To do that effectively, we need to ask you questions and to understand your objectives.
In the main, our clients are not interested in "the website" itself, they are interested in what it can achieve. So in addition to "What are you looking to achieve", we also want to know things like:
We'll give you a timeline to achieve your specific objectives, and run through the process are involved, including what IWM will be responsible for and what you'll need to do at your end.
We'll outline all the things we are going to do for you. We'll also put your mind at rest over any concerns you have about working with us (such as "what experience have we got in your market?"). We might be a good website business, but the only thing you want to know is can we help your business!
We'll give you some realistic choices to achieve your goals. In all likelihood one option will be the quick way (the most expensive) and the other - or others - will be slower (usually less expensive). What's it worth to you to achieve your objectives? You are not paying us for the physical work we do, you're paying us for the after effects of the work that we do, and what it generates for you. And remember the old saying, "if you think it's expensive hiring a professional, try hiring an amateur".
It's not about how your site looks, it's about what it does, the results it generates, and that means starting at the desired "end result" and working backwards.
