For example, if you sell direct, do you want customers to buy on-line by credit card or simply request a brochure? If you sell through stockists, do you want to direct interested parties towards your distributors around the world, or encourage them to contact you direct for further information? Are their any tasks that your web site could perform that currently tie your staff time up, such as answering frequently asked questions, or sending out general information, when they could be read or downloaded from your site? Are there any worldwide market or legal considerations in your sector you need to be aware of?
