Domain Registration
Choosing the right domain name for your business is vital. From now on, you will be promoting this via your web site, email, letterheads, business cards, advertising and any other mediums you use. It's permanent, and you own it. If you've already registered your domain, you should have access to a control panel to manage your DNS, and when your switch your hosting over to IWM, you simply change your nameservers to:

[Do NOT do this until your mailboxes are set up at IWM. If your control panel only allows you to point to up to 4, that's fine].

If you'd like help choosing a domain, and would like us to register it for you, please contact us. We charge £15 plus VAT per annum [min reg period 2 years] to register a .co.uk domain, and £20 plus VAT per annum [min reg period 2 years] for a .com.

Domain Hosting
Once a domain is pointing to our nameservers, it means we are responsible for your domain's DNS settings, including A Records [web site] and MX Records [email]. We use the most reliable platforms to ensure your services are always online. We charge £150 plus VAT per annum for domain hosting and management, including access to our bureau style support service.

Mailboxes
Our cloud hosted mailboxes include a full blown web hosted mail client that you can access from anywhere and synchronise with any desktop mail client or mobile device with an Internet connection. Each mailbox includes the very latest spam and virus protection and a massive 10GB storage, meaning your email is automatically backed up online. We charge £30 plus VAT per annum for each mailbox, or volume discount prices starting from £25 plus VAT per mailbox if you require a minimum of 10.

Web Hosting
We provide two cloud hosted web platforms.
Standard
Our standard platform is attractive in that you can set up a unlimited number of pages with unlimited web space within the annual charge of £350 plus VAT, although there are limitations on design and functionality.. Bespoke
Our new bespoke platform is simply mind blowingly different. It enables us to create beautiful looking web sites which can be edited using the most intuitive site editing tools imaginable. See our videos. Costs start from £350 for a 10 page platform. We are slowly migrating our existing clients over to this platform, and certainly all our new sites are built using it. Here are just some examples.

Website Production
The first question everyone asks is "what will it cost to build a web site for me". The above costs are annual, and are what it takes for us to provide email and web hosting services that never fail and which are easy for you to use. In an ideal world, the cost of actually building a web site should be a "one-off", although that's not to say that you shouldn't budget for extra development from time to time as your business develops.

The point is, that if you are going to do it, do it properly. No one does business with an amateur looking site that's hard to navigate and out of date. You will be judged from the moment a potential customer lands on your home page, and your web site needs to make sure that they feel confident and comfortable taking that next step with you - be it ordering something or simply picking the phone up to speak to you.

For a small web site, production costs could be as little as a few hundred pounds for adapting an existing template, through to several thousand pounds for creating a new bespoke looking web site and populating it for you. The best bet is to talk to you!

The important thing is that our web platform enables you to take control of your own site editing. You will be able to update your own site without any formal training, quite literally, within a few minutes!

In saying that, we also provide web updating services - either on an ad hoc or scheduled basis - for clients that want this managed for them.
