We assume that our clients are genuinely interested in understanding what they are doing. Our knowledge base is an open book, designed to be read by both new and existing clients. 

We explain what needs to be done, why it’s important and how it could affect you. We explain how you could do it yourself, and we give you options for us doing it for you. We try and do this in “plain English” and de-mystify the process from a technical point of view. 

It tells you everything you need to know and allows you to implement anything new at a pace that suits you. It’s designed to motivate you into doing whatever it is you need to do.

Our knowledge base is particularly important information for you as it explains what we do for you, and why we do it this way. The answer is nearly always because it is better or more reliable for you! 

You can read it in bit sized chunks and keep referring back to it but the core pages cover whatever you might want to ask about responsive design, the cloud, content management, site marketing, social media – or anything really! You should find a page that explains what it is, why it’s important and what the best steps are to take it forwards. If nothing else, it arms you with questions for when we speak.
