Cartoon World, one of the web’s largest resource sites for cartoonists, is being upgraded to make it more mobile friendly. One of the important aspects of Cartoon World are the web services and support offered to cartoonists, who can now set up their own 3 page website with the choice of using a default responsive design provided, or creating their own from scratch.
